Managed Maintenance Program
Do you know which of your machines are overworked versus which ones are underutilized? How about whether you should be renting versus buying a new forklift? We believe in helping our customers with those savings; the first step to lowering your businesses operating costs is to accurately track your fleet. Our Managed Maintenance Program tracks your equipment utilization and operating expenses. We’ll help you identify easy ways to save by tracking your usage, repair or maintenance costs, and causes of damage to help you make the most informed decisions about your equipment service.
Naumann/Hobbs’ Managed Maintenance Program will provide you with customized reports to help you identify repair costs. We’ll sort these costs out by category, including general maintenance, damage, tires, attachments, or modifications. Each category will include a detailed description of each repair. We’ll also tally up your equipment utilization reports to identify how often each piece of equipment is being utilized per day.
Each customer is assigned an account manager who analyzes your reports and designs a customized service and maintenance plan for your fleet. Your account manager will help assess controllable expenses as well, including excessive tire wear, accidental damage or misuse, underutilization, or if your fleet is too large. You’ll never have to worry about surprise charges with Naumann/Hobbs’ Managed Maintenance program. You’ll receive one invoice per month that can be reconciled when you want and you’ll only pay for what you use.
